1. We send you a professional impression kit along with a clear step-by-step video guide showing exactly how to take your dental impression.
2. You take your impressions at home, then send them back using the prepaid return envelope included in your kit.
3. Once we receive your impressions, our lab begins crafting your custom Sparta Guard — designed, molded, and finished with precision.
For athletes located in Montréal or Laval, we also offer the option to have one of our certified dental technicians come to you for a professional impression session — ensuring a perfect mold and ultimate precision from the start.
Every guard goes through a strict quality control process before being shipped back — battle-ready and built to perform.

Custom mouthguards require stable teeth positions for a perfect fit.
If you currently have braces or Invisalign/clear aligners, we cannot create a custom Sparta Guard at this time — the fit would be compromised and your protection reduced.
However, if you have a dental retainer or fixed wire (post-treatment), you can still order. Simply inform us when submitting your impressions, and our lab will make the necessary adjustments for a secure and comfortable fit.
